We are committed to providing an excellent experience for our customers. eRisk Solutions offers digital subscriptions, event registration, and sponsorship opportunities. Please review our Fulfillment Policy carefully to understand how we process your orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed immediately upon successful checkout and you will receive an order confirmation email.
Digital Products
For digital products, access or download links will be delivered immediately upon successful payment to the email provided at checkout.
Order Issues
If you experience any issues at all please contact us at info@erisksolutions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given if a written cancellation is received seven business days prior to the event start date. Notice of cancellation must be emailed to marketing@emaxxgroup.com or submitted through the registration system. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due will receive a cancellation invoice for the full registration amount due, and the canceling party shall be responsible for the full amount.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit cardholder. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Please allow 30 days following the conference for all refund processing.
Sponsors and Exhibitors Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given if written cancellation is not received 30 business days prior to the event start date for Sponsors or Exhibitors. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. If there are any outstanding balances due, they are still due and a cancellation invoice will be sent.
