DESCRIPTION:Joseph DiFranco\, Assistant Vice President\, Technical Investigations will be speaking on the Hiring and Managing Outside Experts in Catastrophic Injury and Damages Cases Session \nMr. DiFranco manages the Investigational Management Team\, responsible for the early response\, evaluation and investigation of all claims and losses including\, but not limited to\, those involving fire and explosion\, accident reconstruction and environmental risk. At eRisk Solutions\, Joe has been instrumental in implementing investigators work directly to identify potential areas of liability and subrogation at the earliest point possible in the evolution of a loss\, during the investigation. Joe previously was a career firefighter\, inspector and investigator with over 30 years of experience. He is a nationally certified fire and explosion investigator and vehicle fire investigator with 14 years of experience in fire and explosion investigations. Joe is the most recent Past President and currently serves on the board of directors for the Fire Prevention Association of Massachusetts and is also President of Metro Fire Arson Investigators Association in Massachusetts.
